| Growing up in a little, pristine village in the countryside of the canton Thurgau in Switzerland Vicki bought her first professional camera when she was sixteen years old and just starting her 3-year apprenticeship as a portrait and wedding photographer.
After graduating, Vicki worked as an industrial photographer for many years before advancing her education. Eventually she moved onto an international marketing career that would span the globe from California to Ireland to the farthest reaches of Asia.
For several years photography was relegated to an occasional hobby. Recently the new opportunities of digital photography inspired Vicki to seriously dedicate herself to the medium again.
Today, Vicki is the owner of an international business-consulting firm in Lake Forest, California. When she is now helping US companies successfully sell their products in global markets, she is out shooting lots of photos near her home in California and the many destinations her travels take her.
Vicki today has a large collection of photographs from all over the world, which she took during the last 30 years. |
